2015 Reading List

If you're a regular here on the blog, you know the drill: Each year I compile a list of the books I plan to read throughout the year (I tend to come out around 35-40 each year; usually a book per week).  I'll cross them off as I go, and add those I randomly pick up throughout the year.

What books are you looking forward to reading this year?

    1. I am looking forward to reading some classic books such as 'Shirley' by Charlotte bronte and some of my adult fantasy/magical realism such as 'A Discovery of Witches' by Deborah Harkness. I always find it so hard to stick to a reading list and this last year my reading goals have gone completely out the window. I will probably end up reading 1 book/per/month again and it will likely be all teenage romance, but we'll see...

      1. Oh I agree--sticking to lists can get tricky at times. Usually I end up reading most of what I intend too though, but I do have a stack of books left over from last year I was going to read and then didn't. I'm sure that will be true come the end of this year as well. Thanks for stopping by!

    2. I've heard a TON of good things about Dave Ramsey. My cousin and his wife really seem to like his program. Hope you enjoy your 2015 reading list, Natalie. Merry (belated) Christmas and happy 2015..!

      1. Same to you too Rissi! I've been hearing great stuff about Ramsey, and figured it was time to get around to reading him.

    3. Ooooh! These sound great! I need to look into a few that are new titles, though!
I made my list last week and I have a few of the same ones (The Total Money Makeover and Women of the Word). And YES, I want to buy a copy of Make It Happen! Lara's goal-setting series helped me so much last January in setting achievable goals!

    5. My sister had the Dave Ramsey book at the beach. Greg skimmed that thing and listens to his podcast all the time! So much great advice! Love the list and will have to check into some of these myself! I want to finish the Divergent Trilogy and for once I want to read some of the books on my shelf instead of always going to the library! :) Hope you had a Merry Christmas!

      1. I read the Divergent trilogy last year and thought it was pretty good. Hmm... may need to go subscribe to that podcast now!
