  2. Hi Natalie! You are ahead of me, it's so hot here, I can't even think about fall. But your books look good! Which one will you read first?

    Happy holiday weekend, my friend!

    1. I'm trying to trick my brain into thinking it is now fall... but the weather, as you've mentioned certainly isn't helping that's for sure!

  3. I agree with Allison, this really made me angsty for fall. :)
Your book choices are fantastic, too. I hope you love Ragamuffin--Manning is one of my favorite authors and that's the first book of his I read. Ruthless Trust is my favorite, and his final memoir All Is Grace was excellent. :)
Right now, I'm going through Proverbs (which, to me, seems like a very deep book mostly telling me to try to be quiet most of the time, haha). And I'm reading Affliction by Edith Schaeffer (amazing writing on the theology of suffering), and Monster in the Hollows, Book 3 in Andrew Peterson's Wingfeather Saga.

I enjoyed catching up on your last few posts. Especially the one on writing--it was good encouragement for both Craig and I! I have always loved writing, and need encouragement to keep it up. And Craig has never written, but he would be great at it. I'm trying to cattle prod him into, at least, keeping a journal. :)
