A Month of Lewis

Summer Reading

I decided to dub June my month of reading Lewis: The Great Divorce, The Screwtape Letters, Mere Christianity, and The Problem of Pain. I really do love, love, love Lewis's writing, especially since I have a sweet spot for his Chronicles of Narnia pointing me to Jesus in a life-changing way as a kid. What are you all reading this month/summer?

  6. I'm reading the wounded healer by Henri Nouwen! After that, I'm picking up Outreach & the Artist by Con Campbell. After that, most likely Loving The Way Jesus Loves by Philip Graham Ryken, which is a photo essay my husband is currently reading.

    Enjoy CS Lewis dear!

  7. I'm ashamed to admit it but: I've never completed one of Lewis' books. Bad, bad, bad, I know. Maybe this year will be the year that I do!

  8. I am reading Coming Home to Your True Self by Albert Haase. I'm only in the first chapter, but I like it so far.

I read almost all of The Great Divorce, and then lost the book. I'll need to finish that!

    Peace in Christ,
    Ceil
